To help you settle into deep rest and comfort, you may want to gather:

  • A warm blanket or cosy wrap

  • A candle or soft light

  • A warm drink (tea, cacao, etc.)

  • A journal or notebook

  • Something to write with

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Anything that helps you feel grounded and held

This retreat is designed to be taken in the most comfortable corner of your home — cushions, soft lighting, warm socks… whatever supports you.
